My Services

  • Two women walking on a dirt trail surrounded by green trees and lush vegetation.

    1:1 Coaching

Tailored 1:1 coaching for teens and young people — online, or in person with zero awkward therapy room vibes. Just calm, honest support that meets them where they are (sometimes literally, in a park).

  • A woman with long, curly blonde hair sitting on a gray couch, engaged in a serious conversation with two people facing her. A man with dark hair and a beard wearing a light-colored shirt sits on the left, and a woman with dark hair tied back in a ponytail wearing a blue shirt sits on the right. There are orange and floral cushions on the couch and a vase with pink and white flowers on a side table.

    Parent Support Coaching

Support for you — the one googling symptoms at 2am, second-guessing every decision, and trying your best not to lose your cool.

Coaching sessions help you show up with more calm, clarity, and confidence (even when your kid is in full meltdown mode)

  • Five young women standing outdoors in a grassy field with their arms around each other, facing away from the camera, wearing black t-shirts and jeans.

    School Workshops

I work within schools in the Greater London area, offering group workshops to share emotional fitness toolkits with KS2, KS3 and KS4 along with 1:1 coaching for pupils who would benefit from more personal coaching.

  • A baby swan, or cygnet, resting on its mother’s white feathers with its beak open, near water.

    New Mum Workshop

Grounded in psychology, attachment theory, and lived experience This supportive, group workshop is designed for new mums who want to start strong — building confidence, connection, and emotional understanding right from the beginning.

Where are the sessions held?

  • In a therapy room in Wimbledon, Putney, Richmond (P.O.A.)

  • Walk and Talk in a park or heath

  • Incorporating a hobby (painting, sports, walking, playground)

  • Online

How long and often are the sessions?

  • Sessions typically last for 50 mins but they can be shorter.

  • I recommend weekly sessions but fortnightly sessions are also popular to give the client more time between sessions to practice what they have learnt.

Are the sessions confidential?

  • All sessions are entirely confidential and free from judgement.

  • A brief summary report will be sent out after each session.

  • Building trust with your child is key — it’s what allows real progress to happen. So sessions are confidential, unless your child agrees to share something with you, or I have a safeguarding concern. If it would help you to know something, I’ll always aim to find a way to share it together, in a way that feels safe and supportive for everyone.

  • All sessions are comprehensively covered by professional and public liability insurance cover.

How old are your clients?

  • All UK and International clients are welcome, over the age of 7 years old.

  • For children younger than 7 I would typically work with mum and dad.

  • I work with parents too, so really, “age ain’t nothing but a number”.
