What is Emotional Fitness Coaching?
Too many of us are tiptoeing through life like it’s one big pile of Lego — painful, unpredictable, and impossible to navigate without getting hurt.
We freeze with self-doubt; second-guessing ourselves, avoiding risks, and trying not to upset anyone… all while feeling more and more disconnected from what we actually want. It’s tiring, exhausting, unsatisfying and leads to overwhelm, resentment, people pleasing and a whole delightful pic n’ mix of negative and debilitating feelings that lead to unwanted behaviours, that reinforce the limiting beliefs you once created, back when your biggest worrying was losing your favourite teddy.
But what if there was another way — something that felt calm, consistent, and just... less like life was always one emotional spanner away from chaos. A new way of being…
Building emotional fitness allows us to understand our emotions, what role they are playing and how to use them to our advantage. It frees us from the rumination, the what if’s buts and maybes, and empowers us to shrug off the noise of other people’s opinions and tune into our own voice. And then I can show you how to TURN UP THE VOLUME!!!
I will help you explore the root of the emotions that may be taking control of your life. Together, we’ll shine a light on those limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and work to re-write the narrative you’ve been telling yourself.
How would you choose to feel today, if you could start your day over?

“What the thinker thinks, the prover proves.”

What is Ollie Coaching?
***Winner - Children’s Therapy Initaitive of the Year Award 2024***
Ollie and His Super Powers is emotional fitness coaching — kid-style. Supported by a series of books and resources, the Ollie method turns powerful therapeutic tools into playful, imaginative games.
Ollie is a character children can relate to — and his superpowers? They’re his feelings. In coaching sessions, we help kids recognise and understand their own superpowered emotions — learning that they can work with them, not against them.
As a certified Ollie coach, my sessions with children are playful and creative, but the shifts we see are deep and lasting.
I work with your child to gently separate the issue from who they are — helping them understand how their mind works, why certain feelings show up, and what they can do about it. It’s like handing them the user manual to their emotions — and letting them realise they can actually rewrite the rules.
With Ollie, kids become active participants in their own emotional wellbeing, not passive recipients of help. It empowers them to name, understand, and shift what’s going on beneath the surface, so they can feel more like themselves — not the ‘moody version,’ or the ‘angry version’ — just themselves.
